lots of things were not working and that took longer,some guy, I thought was maybe manager(because of the difference in his shirt) was just slowly walking around putting up cups instead of helping with such long lines, then got in to see I had to sit in an assigned seat in a half empty theater, this is rediculas.

I love the regal movie theater the staff are great but me and my girl friend had the worst experience last Monday night we were watching the movie and we had a group of teenagers talking thru out the film throwing pop corn at each other someone made a complaint and when they were confronted about leaving they attacked the movie staff punching him in his face I think they need more security it's not fair to the staff to get attacked with no back up or safety.
